Hope this one will last longer.
I made a choice this time that might seem odd to some. Since I was clearly having implantation cramping--and some positives--before and yet it yielded nothing, there were a couple of possibilities:
-My body was attacking the pregnancy for no reason. I'd already been tested for lupus, and I had a negative ANA panel, so this wasn't too likely.
-My body was attacking the pregnancy because there was something wrong genetically. Possible, but not that likely after this many miscarriages and a normal karyotyping.
-Something was going wrong in the pregnancy--hormonally or physically. It's not a clotting disorder or several other things, my endometrial lining is fabulous, and there aren't any other known issues. I haven't ever had THIS many miscarriages in a row, either. So I figured that it might be something new. The only new thing in the follicular phase is the prometrium, so I thought it might be possible that the fluctuations on progesterone that the prometrium causes it leading to trouble. So I decided to skip the prometrium for one cycle, at least unless I had a blood test showing that my progesterone is low.
Right now, I'm kind of fencing shadows. But maybe this one will stick!
