How often does your LO sleep in bed with you?

Ok so my LO has a bad cold, poor thing. She has been really congested, ect. So the past 2 nights it has taken her 3 hours or so to go to bed to finally wake up 5 minutes later. At that point usually 10 at night I take her in bed with me because I am sick as well and I need to get some sleep. Our LO has slept in our bed the past 2 nights because of this. I am so worried that I am developing a bad habit and that she will never want to sleep in her crib again! But she is just so uncomfy and she sleeps right away when she is near me. We are VERY careful sleeping in night as well so I dont have a worry there.

Have any of you moms out there let your LO camp out with you at night because they werent feeling well? Did they wind up giving you a tough time when they went back to their crib? For those of you that dont bed share, how often does your LO sleep with you cold or no cold?

Sorry for all the questions, but I appreciate some feedback!

TIA!!

The first month or two we could get DD to fall asleep again at night if I put her on my chest when she woke up and wanted to play. Since then, however, she has never slept in our bed. When she wakes up at 6 and is ready for the day I sometimes try to get her to sleep again by bringing her into bed with me, but it has never worked. I wish it would because I would have nothing against doing it occasionally to get a bit more sleep myself!

We dealt with a cold off and on for about 3 weeks. I had him in bed with me a lot during that time, same reasons - he just couldn't sleep more than an hour or so without waking from his congestion. And we tried everything, saline, suction, steamer etc.

He's over the cold now and back in his crib and doing just fine. No problems going back.

I let DD sleep with us when she is sick, after her shots and when she has a fever I like to keep her close by and she seems to sleep longer.  After she is better she goes back to her pnp with out any problem.  She is still in our room though so I don't know if that makes the transition easier.

I bring DD to bed with me in the mornings probably every day. I only let her sleep the entire night with me when I'm sick or If we have a busy day the next day and need more sleep.

She doesn't sleep in our bed at night ever.  However for naps she does often.  I will say that a few times when she was coughing really bad, I held her in the lazyboy all night, but that was to keep her in a more upright position.  I might think about sleeping with her in the guest room, but between me, DH and the dog who would be royally pissed if he didn't cuddle as night, DD really can't sleep with us at night.

Pretty much every morning. He goes to bed in his crib and I bring him to bed for extra sleep when he wakes up at the 6am feeding. Lately he's been getting up again around 2 and 4 (fun!) but always back in the crib until morning.

I don't think it's a "bad habit" to do what is comfortable at the time. When he's feeling better and sleeps regularly in the crib again, that won't be a "good habit" either, just normal.

Our LO has never slept in our bed with us.  We've taken a few catnaps in our bed, but no overnight sleep.

All night, every night.  She will move to a floor bed in our room when she's 18 months-ish.  When she's 2-ish she'll move into the room with her big sister.

We've been having trouble with sleeping through the night for the past 2 months now. We've tried letting him cry it out, going in to check on him at increasing time variables, sitting in the chair in his room, night light, no night light, etc etc...He sleeps 8.5 - 10 hours straight if he sleeps in bed with me. I gave in last night because we had 3 hours of sleep the night before and he slept from 10 until 6:30 and woke up smiling. He has never slept well in his crib though.
