I had an HSG this morning - anyone else go through it today also? It definitely wasn't as bad as I originally expected - a little uncomfortable, yes.....especially since the doctor kept injecting the dye because it wasn't pooling where my right ovary was. Left fallopian tube pooled immediately into the ovary area, but right took a little longer. Radiologist said eventually it made its way through, but there could have been a small kink or blockage there that's now (hopefully) gone! Anyway, I'm still hoping for the best but expecting the worst (IF is such a ***) but I'm just really relieved it's over. Anyone else get an HSG today and want to share? I have my CD10 and U/S on Friday and then I'm on to vacation and BD'ing for 5 days!
Re: HSG today - anyone else?
I had mine this morning and it was not as bad as I had expected. I had light cramping during and a little cramping since, but it was fine. My left side was completely clear, but the RE was unable to see the right side, he said he was not too concerned and I would get more detailed information later.
I was just so relieved that it was over too. Glad yours went okay!

I just had mine done last friday - It was actually really painful for me, but the dr had to use a wire to try to open my left tube (without success). Glad yours went well and your dr seems positive. I see my dr again on Thursday for a cd12 u/s and next steps.
Good luck!!
