Looking for feedback from anyone who has taken the "comfort measures and breathing" class at childbirth n babies.
It is geared towards those seeking an unmedicated birth.
We were thinking of taking this along with our childbirth and baby care course (the general class) at Shady Grove but I am wondering if it will provide anything different?

I took the childbirth course at Shady Grove and felt that coping strategies for unmedicated birth were covered well. That being said, I think the best support for an unmedicated delivery was having a doula! I haven't taken the other course so I can't compare the two.
