colostrum build up

So all day I had so much pressure on my chest and my boobs were really sore to the touch. Then last night, in an attempt to get labor started, H and I decided to try some nipple stimulation. All it took was a light brush over and I was leaking colostrum like crazy! After that, all the pressure and pain went away. I know you can have engorged breasts from milk build up, but can you have it from colostrum build up?

    Definately.  I've had leaky boobs for a few months now, and they'll be really achey for a day or two and not feel better until they actually get to leak some of it out.

    most def. I'm not trying to start labor but 2 or 3 times a week when im in the shower i just squeeze a little bit out for some relief ( and by squeeze i barely have to touch them lol)It makes a world of difference!
