We got our first ever BFP on September 30th. We were totally surprised as I had a laparoscopy on September 8th and it was supposed to be an off cycle. No femera or ovidrel, nothing. We were cautiously optimistic, but I couldn't bring myself to post anything about it on any of the boards. We told our familes but that was about it. I guess that was a good decision.
At the second ultrasound they had trouble seeing any growth so they sent me for a better ultrasound and they found a hearbeat and measured me at 6 weeks. My doctor told me to come back in one week, which was last week. It was obvious there was a problem. Very little growth and a very slow hearbeat. Went back today and there is no growth and no heartbeat. I will be going in for a D&C on Thursday.
In my heart I think I knew something was not right. I went from having heartburn and very sore breasts the week after the BFP to nothing. I just didn't "feel pregnant." Not that I would know what that is supposed to feel like.
Still trying to process the entire thing. It sucks.

IVF #2- Start Stimms- 11/5 ER- 11/19 9R 8M 8F ET- 11/22 3 8 cell embies. BFP HPT! 12/4 Beta #1- 12/6 976!

Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

I'm really sorry.
I had a m/c last year. It feels like the worst thing ever. I hope your D&C goes smoothly and you get through the hormonal roller coaster quickly.
I agree that the m/c and loss board can be really helpful. Very supportive, kind people over there.
Family and friends will try to be supportive. But they might say things that hurt you, unintentionally. They won't know what to say or do. I mainly wanted people to leave me alone and not mention it. I was so emotional, I couldn't talk about it without crying.
I just had to let myself be sad. And a little crazy. Once the crazy passed and the hormones got out of my system, I slowly started to feel more normal.
It sucks.

Dx: DOR and MFI
DH: low count + very low motility; hormones all normal; Sperm DNA Frag. test = poor to fair; male karyotyping normal
Me: FSH 13.4 + AMH 0.26 + hypothyroidism; Scratch the hypothyrodism (?); Blood clotting and immune panel all negative; endometrial biopsy normal
IVF #1 (MDLF - Jul/Aug 2011): BFN (9R, 5M, 3F with ICSI, 3dt of 1 10-cell grade 2, no frosties)
IVF #2 (EP-antagonist - Sep/Oct 2011): BFN (6R, 4M, 3F w/ ICSI, 3dt of 1 6-cell, 1 7-cell, grade 4s, no frosties)
DE IVF #1 (shared cycle - June 2012): c/p (6R, 6F w/ICSI, 3dt 1 8-cell grade A- and 1 7-cell grade A-; no frosties)
DE IVF #2 (shared cycle with new donor - Nov/Dec/ 2012): - BFP!!!!! 12/14/12. U/S on 12/27 shows twins!!!!!
