Girl Middle Name Help

My DH and I are pretty much settled on Madeleine (nn Maddie) for a first name for our LO, but we're stuck on a middle name. Which do you prefer?

Madeleine Theresa

Madeleine Jane

Madeleine Mary

Madeleine Felicity

or

Madeleine Perpetua

The first two are family names (MIL's middle name and DH's grandmother's name). The last two are saints whose feast days are near my due date. Our last name starts with a 'K' and ends with an 'a', if that weighs into your decision. Thanks! *I'm not easily offended, so feel free to criticize freely.

I really like Jane as a MN and I like that it's a family name for you.

My favorites are Theresa and Felicity, but I think Jane goes best with Madeleine because it's shorter.

Theresa and Jane are both fine. I think Jane would go better with your last name.

I think Madeleine Jane sounds the best.

That said, I seriously adore Perpetua as a possible middle name, and think it would be a great, "not vanilla" choice that has religious importance to you. Do it!
