I know at 18 weeks, babies can start to hear more outside of the womb, so I wanted to have my baby listen to music soon. Is it worth buying baby buds or a music belt, or is it just as good to put headphones (at a low level) on my belly?

It seems as though studies are inconclusive, but I love to think that Baby will be comforted by music that they heard a lot while in the womb! So, I'll be listening to a lot of Putumayo world lullaby CDs over the next few months...
I'm an elementary music teacher, so I sing all day, and I'm sure he hears it! Once I'm comfortable telling the kids about the baby (if they haven't figured it out), I know I can joke about using their best voices around the baby
