NT Scan Update

Everything is great! My NT measurement was 1.3 and they were able to identify the nasal bone. That with my blood work puts my risk for downs and Trisomy 18/13 to 1>10,000. In the words of the genetic counselor, "Things couldn't be any better." After I heard the results I started crying in relief.
The ultrasound was great. The baby cooperated enough to get the pics they needed and then was flipping/rolling all over the place. Great HB of 170 and is measuring 2 days ahead. It was so awesome to watch. I got a lot of great shots, including one of the baby sucking its thumb (my fav). I can't PIP from this computer but I will tomorrow.

Can't wait to see that PIP of your LO sucking his/her thumb!!! That is amazing. I hope you feel hopeful and happy and can relax...slightly. lol.
Our NT scan is on Wednesday, and unfortunately I found out today that our hospital won't have the results for 7-10 business days, but I'm really hoping that the tech will give us measurements etc.
Anyways, so happy for you! yeeeeahhh!!!!

Thanks, it is such a relief! I actually let my mom call and tell everyone in our family. We walked around the mall and looked at baby stuff and I didn't have a panic attack/melt down. I can't wait to PIP the pics, my kid is cute hehe.
