Starting a blog- tips?

There are a million reasons for my decision, but the main is family that live far away. I also can forget what I had for breakfast (the same day) so remembering all the milestones might crash my brain.

For those who do blog- any advice?

i use wordpress, but most people use blogger. as long as you're doing it, just use what seems easiest to you!

I am so happy that I started my blog. I originally started it for family that is far away but it has turned into my memory books for my kids. I look back through it all the time and remember so much more as a result!

I use wordpress as well and really like it. My advice would be to try to find a posting routine. I post M-F every week. If I didn't post every day, I think it would get easy to skip a lot of days and then you're behind and then it's too hard to catch up....
