Remember when spinfreak jogged out her period

or whatever it was she did?

I think I jumped out my IUD.  Or dislodged it or soemthing.  I took the most intense class tonight ever at the gym and after a while my uterus started to really hurt.  I'd take it easy for a minute, get back into it, then bam, uterine pain.  Me thinks I might make a call to get that checked out.

    I've never been able to find them.  I have stubby fingers, my cervix is typically high, and the strings are unbelievably short.  My PCP had to look with a light b/c she couldn't feel them either.  Not too convenient
