Spotting a litle and freaking out a lot - UPDATED

I had some brown spotting on Thursday, tapered off Friday when I had my u/s, didn't think much about it.  But it came back again this morning and being that's just how my last m/c started I'm trying to stay normal and sane.  Fortunately, I'm working from home today since I have a school party to volunteer for later today so I can freak out in the comfort of my own home while waiting for the nurse for my new OB to call me back.

I don't want to lose my babies a third time, I'm so scared.

Updated: being pgal has officially made me a freak freak out kinda gal.  Everything is fine, the heartbeat of baby b was able to be measured this time and they were both ticking away at 136.  I feel a lot, lot better and will try to chill the heck out now.  Thanks so very much for the thoughts and support, I don't like this spotting business one bit!

    Sending tons of T&Ps.  It really could be nothing.  I have bled a lot with this pg and freaked out at first too since that is how my m/c started as well.  Try to just breathe and know that there is still hope.  ((hugs))

    I'm sorry you're going through this.  A friend of mine actually found out around 6 weeks that she was having twins because she went in for an u/s due to bleeding.  Everything was fine and the twins are now 6 years old.  My T&P are with you.

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    I hope it's nothing! T&P for you. From what I understand it is very common to bleed/spot with multiples.

    thanks, when I first heard back she said there wasn't much to do besides monitor it, and when I burst into tears she asked if I would like another u/s.  So I am waiting for that now.  My husband was at a meeting so couldn't make it (doesn't know I came in yet I imagine) so hopefully the wait isn't too long.

     thanks for all the thoughts and reassurance.  It's ridiculous how attached you can get to two little blobs on a screen.

    Lots of T&P at this next US!

    Just to reassure you a little bit more, I have had brown spotting a few times during this pg---once at 4 wks, a few days at 7 wks and again at 8 wks. I think I finally figured out that the internal US that I have been getting cause the brown spotting to appear a few days later---is that possible for you, if you got an US on Friday and spotted today? Just wondering. Hang in there, keep us updated, and try to breathe!

    Glad it ended up being nothing. Good luck with the chilling out, I still haven't really managed to do that.

    Glad you got reassuring news...spotting just sucks!  Glad you got to work from home today too...that was fortunate!  I was gone all last week so I didn't even get to see that you had found out it was twins until last night!  I'm really excited for you!
