LO cries while in Ergo

Hi there, I have an Ergo that I love to use and wear my little guy. He cries when I put him in unless he is on the verge of sleep. Once a sleep he's obviously fine and then when he wakes up he cries again. Any ideas on getting him to like the Ergo?

    are you using the infant insert? My DS always hated it so I just froggied his legs and put him against me.  Bouncing/movement usually helps too.  Good luck!

    It took DD a couple of long walks to get used to it. Mostly she'd fuss because it was putting her to sleep.

    DD hated being carried when she was little, until we could face her forward.  Then she would tolerate it.  She was much happier when she was old enough to go on my back in a SSC or (much later) wrap.
