DD had REALLY bad acne up to about a month. At her one month appt the pedi noticed that the acne had changed from the little whiteheads to just red bumps. He thought it was the beginning of a rash similar to cradle cap and gave us a prescription for hydrocortisone cream. It cleared up soon after we started using that.
If it is the tiny whiteheads for the most part I wouldn't worry...its annoying but harmful and will go away when it wants to!

dd had it from about 2 weeks until 9 or 8 weeks. she is 11 weeks now and has a red spot here or there sometimes, but nothing like what it was. it was the worst from 3-6 weeks probably.
At 7 wks old, we still have it, but it's much better than it was a week or two ago. We use Aquafor on his face as recommended by the Pedi and it usually gives us a noticeable difference by the next morning. GL!

DD had acne from about 3 weeks old until she was about 7 weeks old. It would get worse, then get a little better, then get worse again. I asked her pedi about it at her 1 month appt and she said to leave it alone. We did, and it cleared up on its own.
