Middle Name Help

I posted this on the Baby Names board, but I'd like my fellow March Mommas' opinions (in case you don't look at the other boards).  Thank you! 

My DH and I are pretty much settled on Madeleine (nn Maddie) for a first name for our LO, but we're stuck on a middle name.  Which do you prefer?

Madeleine Theresa

Madeleine Jane

Madeleine Mary

Madeleine Felicity

or

Madeleine Perpetua

The first two are family names (MIL's middle name and DH's grandmother's name).  The last two are saints whose feast days are near my due date.  Our last name starts with a 'K' and ends with an 'a', if that weighs into your decision.  Thanks!  *I'm not easily offended, so feel free to criticize freely.

    Madeleine Jane. YesYes I like using a family name and I also love Theresa, but I don't know it would flow as well with your last name.

    Mary is also nice.

    The saint thing is a nice thought, but I can't stand the name Felicity anyway and Perpetua is a little too out there.

    I love Madeleine Smile We're using it for LO's middle name (just a little different spelling). My vote is for Madeleine Jane.

    Me (33). DH (37). DD (2.2012). MCs x4. After 4 years & 7 months, due 4.2018!

    I like Madeleine Theresa, very pretty.  My wonderful grandma's name was Theresa, so I'm partial to that one.  Perpetua is a Saint's name?  I've never heard of it as a name, I'm just curious.  It makes me think of a font name.

    Madeleine Felicity is so pretty! I would say Madeleine Jane is a close second.

    I like Jane :) I am not a fan of a long first and middle name. After that Theresa. Not a huge fan of Perpetua. Doesn't really flow. 

    Practice yelling it for when you are mad and calling her by her first and middle name ;)

    I like Felicity already, but I agree about Perpetua.  It makes me think of that co-worker of Bridget Jones's in the movie Bridget Jones's Diary.

     I like Jane best personally.

    Another vote for Madeleine Jane!  Very cute :)

    Love the name Madeline (Madeleine.. regardless of spelling variations, I think it is so cute!).  I always thought it would be cute to name a girl Madeline and then do the Madeline books theme.  But I'm lame like that :)
