Are you the person who made the ruby color go out-of-stock? Haha.

They only have onyx left online now. I wonder if they have a different stock in the store. Hmmm...

We were going to swing by the warehouse event this upcoming weekend to see if they had any smokin' deals on doubles. I really want the City Select though and I doubt that will be at the warehouse. Decisions, decisions.

I am finding that shopping for a double is much harder than a single.

That may have been me Embarrassed I was wondering the same thing about the stock the other day and tried calling the store to find out, no one ever answered.

I agree, shopping for a double stroller is tough. DH was so tired of me talking about it which is why he finally said "just order the friggin' thing and Merry Christmas"...

We're going by the store when DS wakes up from his nap. I think if they have the ruby in the store, we might go for it. (We got our Indie on SUPER sale. I've been watching different stroller swap sites and it seems like I could actually sell it for more than we paid if I include the accessories, which we got as gifts.)

Did you order the 2nd seat too? I was playing around online and it seemed like if you added the seat into your cart WITH the stroller, then it wasn't discounted. However, if I added one and not the other, it was. I wonder if there is a max discount.

I didn't order the second seat since we won't need it for a while was my reasoning (plus saving a little money for now), but even when I checked for it they were out in the ruby. I did order the carseat adapter though, but did a second order for it b/c I thought I'd seen them cheaper somewhere else.

I'm thinking I may go in tomorrow to get a Moby.

Don't know if you already know this but if you get the carseat adapter alone, you still need to get the 2nd seat brackets for it to work as a double. The 2nd seat brackets come with the 2nd seat though. This is why I figured that I would get the 2nd seat even though I won't use it for a bit. I don't want to pay for the brackets separately when I'll get them eventually anyways.

If you want, I'll let you know what the deal is on Moby's in the store. I do recall seeing them at the warehouse sale in the spring if you want to wait until this Thursday/weekend.

Now to decide if the white will be a problem. I do like how it looks but... a white stroller? Haha. Reviews say that it is easy to clean.

Also, Sarah, Goore's didn't have any Moby's in the store.

Thanks, Mutelys! Were you able to find out if they will be getting more stock in the Ruby? I'm pretty sure the Diamond color is being discontinued, b/c they are coming out with a dark grey for 2012.

They are not getting anything else in stock. They are not even doing orders. Once things go, they are gone.

I think we might jump on the discontinued Diamond. Something about the white draws me in. (I'm also drawn to a 'weird' name right now, so I don't know what is up with me.) DH thinks I am crazy, but figures he should just go with it. Haha. I generally wash the fabric on our current stroller twice a month, so I feel like that will be enough. Plus the City Select seat fabric looks even easier to get off.

I might even get a wild hair and dye the seats. Depending on the fabric, I think that a black dye might turn them silver/gray.

I saw this and excitedly went to order/buy a Britax Boulevard 70 for what I thought would be a steal...but they have it on sale (for about what Amazon has it for), and won't apply the 20% to sale items, I guess?!...

I did get a KILLER in store deal on Bum Genius 4.0's the first day of the sale though. They were 50% off, so less than $9/diaper. I think they sell used for more than that. I wish I would've gotten more, but I was (again, just like with the car seat) confused about the terms of their sale and didn't realize they were so deeply discounted.

ANYWAY, congrats on getting your stroller! Hope you LOOOVE it!!
