BRU return question

I received two snug a bunny swings from BRU.  Not sure why but BOTH were shown purchased on my registry, yet I only registered for one....no biggie at all.  I want to return one to purchase something else.  Iknow for sure ONE has a receipt but the other I don't THINK has one.  If that is the case, how can I figure out which one to return since I obviously want to return the one that cost more.  In other words, maybe someone used a coupon and the other didn't, or one bought during a cyber sale, etc.  How can I find out how much I will get back before I choose which one to return?  There might be a 34 dollar difference if one of them didn't use a coupon.

    i had the same issue, but i had so much stuff to return that I didnt even care anymore, whatever they wanted to give me back for the stuff, fine by me

  • I think they'll be able to look them up for you since they both show purchased on your registry.  Just bring everything in and have them scan it all.  Hopefully everything will show up and they can return the more expensive one for credit.
  • They will be able to look it up using your registry.  I had the same thing happen to me.  I was able to return one then they gave me store credit to purchase something else.  If the item is currently marked down they will give you the marked down price, so I would check to see if it is on sale then wait to return it at full price if you can.
