  I don't have an answer to your question, but I don't think you have to worry about getting flamed for questions like these. We're a really supportive group of ladies and understand that after a loss you will have a lot of question. I'm sorry for your loss.

  No, we may try after my first AF, but I don't really even want to have sex right now, let alone actually TTC!!!

  Maybe I'll use the Ovulation Monitor and see what happens.  I'll keep you posted.  Maybe I'll start once I stop spotting.

  How long does the spotting usually last after a D&C?  I know the doctor told me, but I can't remember......

  It took 23 days but I did ovulate before my first post m/c AF. I don't know if it matters how you m/c....natural vs D&C....but I had a natural m/c. I normally ovulate closer to day 14 so it was quite a bit later than normal but it was confirmed with OPK and digital O tests plus BBT.

  More then likely you will ovulate. OPKs may be a good idea for this cycle!

  Hmm...its sad but I don't remember how long my spotting lasted. I'm gonna say that it was always around a week, maybe a little longer.

  Not a stupid question at all, I've been wondering the same thing.  I did not get a very clear answer from my doctor at our last visit, he just emphasized to wait to TTC until after my 1st AF.  But I'm curious about this time in between...also wondering if my 1st AF will be more likely to come 4 weeks after my m/c was induced, or 4 weeks after the bleeding stopped.

  Thank you SO much ladies.  I love this board.  Hate being here, but love you all!

  I am only 4 days post D&C and the bleeding is getting MUCH lighter.  I think I'm really lucky.

  I'm thinking maybe I can do a little experiment and see if I ovulate before AF comes again.  I'll let you know.  Thank you all for letting me know your experiences and for not shooting laser beams out of your eyes at me! LOL

  My Dr. said 4 weeks from the time your HCG was at 0. That took about 2 weeks for me so it was 6 weeks from the MC total. Hope this helps!
