so this is really happening right?

I tested positive last Monday. four times actually.

I didnt believe the first one, thought I may be confused. Ran out to the grocery store and bought 2 more. positive. positive. stood around and stared. we had been passively trying for a year or so.

called my dr and said, i just tested positive and i dont know what's next. she laughed - you come in for a blood test.

okey dokes. her fancy blood test was positive too. 

walked to get lunch. sat down and called the husband.

'you sitting down?' i asked, and told him the news. 'whoa' he said. 

me too whoa.

the 'realness' hasn't kicked in.  its still so early i'm tentative, but excited. 

 anyway, that's my story,  hello to all! and good luck.

    congrats and welcome!  we were trying pretty seriously for 5 cycles and getting that positive test was like "woah" for us too!  now, after a few days, it's has sunk in for the most part :)

    Oh I know...

    I stood in the bathroom for like 20 minutes thinking to myself "that's a second line?..... yep, there's two lines there..... so that's what I've been waiting for....  two lines"

    It's amazing how peeing on a stick can change your whole life.
