Any experience with this? Yes, I am still on the hunt for phone service....and this looks great! Catch?

    We have had magicjack for a little over a year now. No catch- it is such a good deal that people are doubtful about it. I was as well, but it has worked great and no extra fees. The only thing is your computer has to be on all the time for it to work. And if your internet is down, magicjack is down. Neither has been an issue for us.

    A client of mine JUST called me this morning about this.  I was thinking it sounded too good to be true, so it's good to see the pp has had good experience with it.  I had never heard about it though before today.  Funny that you posted this :o)

    We had it, generally it was good. We did get another persons conversation a couple of times when we were talking on the phone. But they "fixed" the issue and it never happened again. Some lady talking about her bunions, huh can't even get good gossip:) If your internet is out or slow, so is the phone. But that was never much of an issue for us. We went back with Cable and they offered us a free phone for 12 months so right now we are with TWC for phone. But I would go back to Blackjack again.

    TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4
