Flashlight trick worked for me!

I laid down and shined a flashlight on my stomach for a few minutes and I felt the baby kick for the first time! I had to move it around a few times before I found the right place, but it was definitely kicks. And now that I know what it feels like, I've felt movement several more times over the past few days. (Although I tried using the flashlight again and it didn't work. weird).

Just thought I would let you all know that it does work sometimes!

How far along are you?
I'm 15 weeks tomorrow and I have yet to feel the baby kick. I know it's still very early but all the posts about people feeling their baby kick is making me impatient!
I want to try this now.

Those of you also doing this now, come back and let us know if it works!

Our flashlight is out side in DH's tool trailer. I want to make him go out and get it now, but he would give me the major side eye if I asked during the Cowboys game ha.

No luck with me. DH is a total slob and our good flashlight is "missing". The only one I could find lasted for about 5 seconds and died. Grrrrrrr!

Baby didn't like the flashlight. That. or was just sleeping. She/he seems to really like lasagna though haha.

I've never heard of this! I am totally trying it as soon as I get home. I think my second graders would think I lost my mind if I hiked up my dress and started trying it now
