Right now I wear crocs (dressy) because I stand all day and they're good to my feet/back.
I need something on the dressy side, but I also want something that will cover my feet/keep them warm.
I am hoping you will share what you wear and I'll find something I can order. Thank you!!!
Re: NTR: What shoes do you wear to work?
I'm a pharmacist, so I also stand on my feet all day. These aren't super dressy, but I think they are a little better than tennis shoes. I don't really care that they aren't the most fashionable. I have them in black and brown: https://www.famousfootwear.com/Shopping/ProductDetails.aspx?p=91575&pg=1023078
I add inserts to them that I got at a specialty shoe store. They were pre-made inserts, but the model was specifically picked to help my type of feet.
I also wear these support socks: https://www.jobst-usa.com/en/products/supportwear/collectionforwomen/womenstrouser/page.html They're pretty thin, so I wear thicker socks with more cushion over the top of them.
Doing these three things has made a huge difference in how my feet, legs, and back feel after standing all day compared to the flats I used to wear.
Me 3 - I teach art so I have to run around all day.
Fortunately, I can get away with looking a little more frumpy with the messes. I love the oxford trend. They are comfy and cover more foot then the ballet slipper.
I bought mine a size too big so I could wear thicker socks with them. I've been seeing them in Marshalls and Target, so they are pretty cheap nowadays too.
