how do you know what size bra to get?

Just wondering how you decide what size nursing bra to get? I'm 32 weeks now and I'm not sure if they are going to get much bigger or stay about this size. Anyone have any advice that may have been through this before? TIA

    When I went to get some they told me to get one size up from whatever fits you now.

    When I got measured they told me that I should be able to fit one hand inside the bra comfortably and this should give me enough room to grow.

    For the beginning I have a nursing tank that's stretchy with plenty of room to grow on top. I also have two nursing sleep bras that don't have cup sizes. These are stretchy as well and I plan on wearing them 24/7 till the milk comes in and initial engorgement goes down. At that point, I will be buying regular nursing bras with cups since I will have a better handle on my size.

    IMO, it's too hard to know how big they will get with your milk in. Some friends of mine gained 2-3 cup sizes (yes, I'm serious) whereas some of my friends didn't gain any cup size at all.
