Storage bags

What storage bags or method of storage are you using? I use a Medela PISA and was looking into using the medela bags. But I have heard they are not super great. What are you using?

I freeze my BM in ice cube trays (I use the silicone trays). I freeze the individual cubes in quart-sized Ziploc freezer bags. Each cube is about 0.8 oz. I just defrost the exact amt I need each time.

I like Lansinoh bags because they have the double zip thing and they're much cheaper than Madela. I used to use Madela and didn't have any major problems with them but there aren't as many in a package and they're more expensive so I felt like I was constantly at the store buying storage bags.

With DS I was using the Lansinoh bags, but they sometimes leak when defosting. I switched to Medela bags when I started donating milk since that is what they sent me. I liked the Lansinoh better because they froze flatter when laying down so they took up less space in the freezer. But I never had issues with leaking when defrosting with the Medela bags (although I didn't defrost those much since I was donating).

I liked the Lansinoh milk storage bags. I just pumped into the Medela bottles and then transferred to the bags for storage.

I used the Medela bags b/c I got a free box from my sister. I've now switched to the Lansinoh bags instead b/c they are cheaper. Also when I lay them flat to freeze, they are much thinner and I can store more in the same space vs the Medela. Oh, I have a PIS not the PISA and not sure if the bags are the same or not.
