WWYD: Fluff not received

So I paid for some fluff from a mom on here.  This was on 10/13.  Still haven't gotten the dipes.  Pretty sure she sold to other people as well, as it was a large group of diapers.  I emailed last week and she said that she HAD shipped them.  No tracking info.  Emailed again yesterday and no response.  Now what?

    I dont know what to tell you in this instance, but this is why I think that DC should be required on the cd swaps on here and dc should be included in anything ppd. I believe that paypal asks for tracking to be able to dispute it? But I could be wrong. I hope they show up for you soon!
