How much will a BF baby eat from a bottle?

I know they don't really eat more as they get older, but about where do they top out?  Right now DD is eating about 4 oz from a bottle and is getting ready to go back to daycare, so I need to get more bottles.  I'm trying to decide if I should go ahead and get the large size or if she'll always be able to use the smaller ones.  A friend of mine said her baby never took more than 4 oz, but that's just hard for me to wrap my head around :)

    My son is still using the 4 ounce bottles. I keep thinking he's going to want more, but not yet.

    Both my kids have only ever eaten 5 oz, tops.  Right now, DD does 4 oz. bottles and that's what DS did most of the time.  I still got big bottles, though.

    DD drinks 4 oz and has since about 6 weeks.  From what I understand, the calories in BM increase over time making them need the same amount of milk.

    My dd never drank more than 3-4 oz until she was about 15months old than she could drink at most 6oz, she still at 2 years only drinks 8oz at most, on rare occasions she has drank 10oz but like I said it is rare.

    DS will be 7 months next week and he still only drinks 3oz bottles.

    DS was on BM till he was 13mo old.  He always had 4-5oz bottles starting at about 1-2months and all the way up to when he weened.

    Same here.  I fill them up a little over the 4 ounce line, to about 4.5 ounces, and she's fine with that amount.

    Nate's taken 5-6 oz here and there, but mostly he stops at 4.

    We've been at 4oz since 8 weeks or so. She's nearing 9 months now. It took me a while to wrap my head around the milk changing and not the quantity but I think I'm good now. Same amount of milk, just action packed as she grows. :-)
