What books did you find really helpful during a m/c -- thoughts/opinions? I have heard Silent Sorrow is good.

I posted this over on the preg loss board and thought all the savvy ladies over here might have some good suggestions for me.

    Depends what you are looking for...are you more interested in finding answers or finding support? kwim?

    After 2 m/c's I wanted to know why, what I could do, etc...I LOVED "Is your body baby friendly?" I also really like "The NaProTechnology Revolution". I have a book review page on my blog too.

    If your looking for more of a support book, search amazon & their reviews. I always found them fairly useful.

    I'm reading "Heaven is for real" by Todd Burpo and find it to be helpful, but not overly emotional for me.  Of course, I'm only 60 pages in, so please correct me if I'm wrong and WARN me if I'm about to need the kleenex!

    During my miscarriage I read "Empty Arms" which helped tremendously with processing my emotions.  Just after my miscarriage I read "Heaven Is For Real" which gave me hope that I will see my baby in heaven.  Both have a Christian approach if you are wanting something with spiritual advice.  Hope this helps and I'm very sorry for your loss.
