After reading your post about donating BM,  I must admit that I'm a bit inspired to try it myself.  I do not have 400 ounces (go you!).  I do have my little stash of 7 bottles (35 ounces) that I am building to every day.   My stash developed when Scott started STTN.  I only pump to maintain supply in the mornings and after Scott sleeps. After reading some of the stories online,  I feel a little selfish for only using my stash when I want a drink of wine with DH! 

I went onto Milkshare.com and read about blood work suggested for donors.  Did you have do anything to donate yours?
