XP: 3 week growth spurt - what was it like for you?

When did it happen for you, if it did? Also, what did your DC act like? I don't really remember DS going through it, but DD has been extremely fussy for the past 12 hours, hard to get to sleep, seeming to want to eat all the time and the boob is the only thing that will soothe her (she was previously soothed by rocking, bouncing, paci, etc.). Wondering if this sounds like what's going on? I was finally able to briefly get her down this morning by swaddling and putting white noise on. But she isn't taking to being put down...wants to be held but even then, is fussier than normal.
