Sleep Consults at Isis Parenting

Hey all-

Do you have experience with the sleep consultants at Isis? We are thinking of doing a consult, but it's a phone consult for $100, and I just wonder if it's worth it.

TIA!

Re: Sleep Consults at Isis Parenting

  • i am an Isis mom and i love their classes but your guy is so little that i don't think it would be worth it.  can i ask what kind of sleep issues you are having with a 2 month old?  sleeping is very erratic at that time.  it is also normal for babies to wake frequently during the night for feeding especially if your a BF!

  • my boss used a sleep consultant from Isis for her son, but I believe he was a little older than yours. I'd recommend reading the book "The Happiest Baby On the Block", my sister and brother in law swear by this one.

ditto! there isn't much anyone can do for a 2 month old. sleeping training isn't going to do anything til 4months at the earliest, more like 6months in reality.   at this age it's totally normal for him to be waking every 3hrs to eat at night and to be taking crappy naps. esp, if he's a preemie, you go by his due date age til he's one,

  • Lowell General is holding Happiest Baby On The Block seminars in November & January. I'm going to try and do the January one. I've heard wonderful things about the book.  Only $15 for the class and babies can go too.
