The difference with Swaddlers is the feel of the diaper material. If they haven't changed them since my DD used them, those diapers also have a mesh weave lining on the inside of the diaper to "pull the wet diaper away from baby's skin".

I think Swaddlers is made from a cotton that is a bit more stretchy on the sides and has an overall softer feel to them, also the top of the diaper has a little cut -out design so you don't have to fold the top down to accomodate the cord.. At least that's how I remember it, it's been about 4 1/2 years lol!
Also, I believe swaddlers have a "wetness indicator," which is a line that turns a color (blue, I think?) if the baby has a wet diaper. Big help when you are changing diapers constantly so you don't waste them and/or disturb the baby unnecessarily .

As far as I know there is no difference. Swaddlers is just a specific name brand made by Pampers.
