lol my husband is like this too. they just want to be loved on and taken care of. usually I give in and give him soup or a back rub. then all of a sudden he "feels better"
Its not a man thing. Its a wuss thing. In our marriage, I'm the wuss. I'm a giant baby when I'm sick. H, on the other hand, will never even admit he's sick.
LOL. So true. I could have a limb hanging off and still have to do things around the house, but DH gets a cold and ponders taking off from work and has to go to bed early.
I don't know, its soo annoying. My H will get the tiniest of colds and use it as an excuse for why he can't help with Asher, but I could have the plague and would be up several times a night on Asher duty no issues in his head.

Lol, I'm glad it's not only like this in my house! The look on his face like "please ask me what's wrong" just annoys me. I don't really have sympathy when he is sick because normally it's his fault. For example, outside in 30 degree weather without a jacket SMOKING. Oh well, at least he is at work all day so I won't have to listen to it!

Very true at my house. If DH doesn't feel well (just a little cold) he like stays in bed all day or doesn't get off the couch. I freakin took care of LO when he was 4 months old by myself when I was having a gall bladder attack and pancreatitis.
DH is totally like this. He had a cold last week and lay on the couch complaining that he couldn't lift his head to watch DD while I was cooking dinner. However, if he's seriously sick, he pretends like it's no big deal. For example, 2 years ago, he had a minor operation and insisted he was going back to work afterwards(doctor told him to stay at home for 3 days). I had to fight him so he'd get some rest.
