Supply takes a plunge

My supply takes a plunge when I don't eat enough. Sometimes I'm too busy with LO and running around doing my errands I don't take the time to sit down and eat anything, and then my boobs feel "empty" for the rest of the day. Is this normal?

    I think it's your body's way of saying 'take care of me' so to speak .Food is pretty much fuel for your body without it, it can't do what it's suppose. Try and sneak in quick foods, like a banana or something easy to eat on the go.
