Eggplant Parm Recipe that starts labor

My friend swears that this recipe for Eggplant Parm caused her to go into labor 24hr after eating it. Their website says 300 babies have been born claiming the same thing. Interesting? Maybe I'll go buy some eggplant and get cooking next week :-D

I sent my best friend there when I lived in Atlanta. She was overdue and had no signs of labor at all and her baby boy was born 24 hours later! If you eat there and come back with proof you delivered within 48 hours of eating the eggplant parm, your dinner is free the next time

I'm sure her body was technically "ready", but it really was uncanny how quickly he came after that.

Thanks for sharing! I actually live about 15 minutes away from this restaurant. I had a membrane sweep on Wed. and just started losing bits of my plug today. If nothing by Saturday, I will DEFINITELY be going to Scalinis to have some Eggplant Parm!

Mmmm that sounds yummy! If LO isn't making an appearance at 38 weeks I very well may make this... and follow it up with some labor cookies of course! Haha

I went to this restaurant about 42 hours ago. Had contractions yesterday but they never got regular. Now I barely have any today so I'm still pregnant. Guess it didn't work for me but the egg plant parm was delicious.

The day before I was due, 2 different women seperately told me to eat eggplant parm....so I ordered a sandwich for lunch from the local pizzaria. I had DS2 the next day, but it WAS my due date, so who knows? I may order one this weekend

I went last night with my husband and nothing yet... they say you have 48 hours. I had some left overs that I have heated up for lunch, so we shall see! I am more than ready to meet our little one.
