I am just looking for some real-life experiences b/c everything I read is so mixed! I have read that it's rare for BF'd babies to be sensitive to things you eat, but have also seen lists of things that LO might react to. Other than milk/soy, anyone's LO particularly sensitive to anything and, if so, what is it?

Re: Anyone have a LO who is sensitive to things you eat?
Caffeine.
Even though I had 2-3 cups a day while pregnant, she does not sleep AT ALL if I have any chocolate or coffee. I had a cup of coffee one morning, pumped and fed her that milk an hour later.. and she was up for 12 hours straight happy and alert.
Tomatoes....pizza, pasta with red sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, salads with tomatoes, and the list goes on and on.
She was so fussy after she would nurse, after I would eat something with tomatoes nothing would soother her. She would spit up a ton and have blowouts. As soon as I knocked the tomatoes out of my diet she improved. The pediatrician identified that it is somewhat common but not a whole lot of research on it.
