spitting up and swallowing it?

anyone else's LO do this? my DD does this about 90% of the time she spits up, she very rarely expels it.  it makes me nervous that she could choke on it someday.  I try to keep her upright after I nurse her for at least 20 min. but sometimes she does it way after a feeding when she's no longer upright.  my son was a "normal' spit upper so I've never dealt with this...is it normal??

    My LO also does it. She was diagnosed with reflux but I don't know if it's related.

    Its normal, mine does it too.  A lot of doctors will cal is silent re-flux if it bothers the baby.

    My LO does this, too.  Scares me.  I can hear her trying to swallow and get it down and sometimes it seems like she's gagging/choking on it.  I worry that she'll do it when I'm not around to sit her up and pat her back but I'm sure she does.
