  Yes, you should continue to take prenatal vitamins as long as you're breastfeeding.

  I take my prenatals (but I always take them to keep my iron levels high enough to give blood), a Vit D (because I live on the tundra of Canada), and a fish oil (because I don't eat enough fish).

  I am off of the prescription prenatal vitamins but my OB told me to take an OTC prenatal for as long as I am breastfeeding and as long as DH and I are thinking of adding to our family.
