Alright someone calm me down... UPDATE

I don't even know what to think. Just went to the bathroom, and when I wiped there was a pea sized dot of bright red blood. Checked internally, and nothing. I'm 7 DPO, so my first thought was "holy crap, is this IB?!" And cue happy dance!

Then my mind starts to run wild. What if this is AF? What if something is wrong? What if this is another m/c? And cue stomach dropping to the floor. I know it's all completely irrational, but I'm just feeling so paranoid right now. I had some spotting during my CP cycle (before the CP actually started), but it was all brown.

Come on ladies, calm my crazy mind. I just know the rest of my day will be filled with running to the bathroom way too often to check and see if anything else is there. Hope my co-workers don't think I have a problem!

ETA Update - For anyone who cares, paranoid bathroom check #2 had the same sized light pink dot on the TP and some light pink internally. Yikes...cue me peeing on stuff way earlier than I thought I would!

It could be IB. The only way to know whether it is IB is to wait another week or so and test, and if you test positive, that's likely what it was.

It could also be indicative of absolutely nothing. A single drop of red blood is probably not significant, so please don't stress. I know that's easier said than done. Remember that spotting can happen at any time during your cycle. There's almost no rhyme or reason to it, but it's true.

Nice deep breathes. I know it's SOO easier said than done, but it truly helps. I don't have much advice, but hopefully it's IB. If there is nothing else when you checked I'd think it probably isn't a CP. I'm sorry your feeling like this, I would be too!! ((HUGS))

I really hope it's IB, but try not to worry so much. I understand that it's hard not to stress about it. I'm currently 8 dpo (first time ever charting) and I'm already worried about going to the bathroom and finding out AF is starting which would mean LPD. I feel like I'm just expecting something to be wrong with me. It's a crappy feeling. But for now just don't think too much of it. It could mean absolutely nothing.
