can you use a car seat back there? I have a Toyota Highlander and my two kids are in the captain chairs in second row. But I was wondering if my niece who is rear facing could be in the third row or if that is a no-no.
We have a family function this weekend so was thinking of carpooling if possible.
thanks!
Re: if you have a 3rd row in your car
She is in an Evenflo convertible.
My kids have the Graco Nautilus, is it any easier to get those back there?
I don't think so. My mom has a convertile in her car but if I remember correctly it's probably one of the same ones we have.
Interesting. My FIL's does not have any in the third row (it's a fold down--are they not all fold down?).
think it depends on the car. I have an MDX with 3rd row that folds down with latches in the seat and anchors for the tether. But, they're still safe without it, right? As long as the seat fits ok?
We have a Tahoe. We put R's seat back there quite often if we have an extra person riding with us. I put her booster back there because it is a million times easier to get in because you just have the seatbelt to deal with.
I don't see a reason why you couldn't put her back there. It may just be a pain to get her in and out.
