Lots of BH, lower back pain, nausea, and diarrhea. Should I call my OB, or just chalk all this up to my body getting prepped? I went Tuesday for my Group B swab, and the doc didn't say anything about progression.
I would call just to see what they say. It's the back pain that has me concerned because when I was in the hospital with contractions they got really serious when I said they were affecting my back when I contracted too. Are they timeable? That's another thing they will probably ask you.

I agree, it couldn't hurt to call. I know I had diarrhea just hours before going into labor with both of my children. At exactly 37 weeks for both, too!
I'm actually having the same issues, and a couple days ago the same things were happening, but then stopped. Personally, I'm not calling until things are a little more consistent, but that's me. It's not like it hurts to call, so if you want to, you should!
I would call just incase. I called when I thought I was just having strong BH (wasn't quite sure if they were contractions, seeing as to this is my first pregnancy) and sure enough I did have contractions. I mean it wasn't anything major, but they had to stop them because I was too early, but like I said I would call just to double check with them and you never know ... "go time" might be right around the corner!! :-)
