After three girls, we have a LOT of girly things.....
We are buying the same things new as you. We sold all of our girl clothes (up to 18 months were DD3 is now), blankets (that she isn't attached to), etc in a consignment sale once we found out #4 was a boy.
Our carseat was girly but we planned to get a new one anyway (we needed something that fit a longer length since our kids are super skinny but long) so we got a neutral carseat. Our crib was recalled when DD3 was one so we replaced that too (although, obviously not sex specific).
I think I could have been fine with pink and purple blankets for this kid but, after three kids, it was nice to see some boyish things in the house!!

We bought mostly gender neutral items the first time around for big stuff (bedding, stroller, car seat, etc.) so we're safe there. As for the blankets and washcloths and some of the sleepers....this baby will just have to deal with a little pink if it's a boy. I'm not going to dress the poor boy up in frills, but if I need to use a more girly looking sleeper or blanket here and there, I'm not going to worry about it....the kid will never know the difference.
I'm sure if it's a boy we'll be getting spoiled with tons of boy stuff anyway, so I'm not too worried

Ugh - we are team green this time around and its so hard!!! I went through DD's clothes and pulled out anything that could be gender neutral and probably only have 2 sleepers, 3 onesies and a few blankets! Most of our bigger items - stroller, swing, pack & play, etc are gender neutral so it really is clothes & bedding that we'll need.
We bought gender neutral big items - stroller, car seat, etc. since we knew we would be having another within a few years. The only gender specific things we really have are clothes and a few small toys and we are buying those new.
I went through DSs stuff, and all the REALLY boy stuff gave to a coworker who is having a boy soon. DD will have some stuff that DS used, but a lot of the big stuff we bought in gender nutral colors even though we knew DS was a boy. We knew we were going to reuse it when we had another. It is probibly different putting a boy in lots of pink covered things with flowers and stuff vs putting a girl in blue stuff with cute bugs and baseball things. I know my DH would not want DS in a pink blanket, but DD is fine with some beautiful blue ones.
Our wonderful baby boy, Kellen, was born on 12/27/07
Everything we have is pink or sparkly pink. Putting a boy in pink wont kill him in my opinion lol. If a family member has a problem with us putting him in a pink carseat or a pink bed or pink PnP or pink stroller etc etc then they can help pitch in towards investing in something new lol but so far the only one that may have a problem with putting our boy in girl stuff is DH.

We bought mostly gender-neutral stuff, partly because there are so many boys in DH's family I figured we wouldn't have another girl, partly because I'm not a big fan of pink (DD is, but it took a couple of years for her to develop that opinion). I actually bought a fair amount of blue stuff because I figured there was nothing wrong with using blue for a girl and I like blue. Though that might be why everyone mistook DD for a boy until she had hair...
DD born 10/10/07 * DS born 11/25/11 * #3 due 3/9/2015
We are obviously buying new clothes. I have some gender neutral blankets and socks and onesies I can reuse. I have a pink swing I am going to sell, but everything else I have is gender neutral. I am going through all my clothes and taking pics to sell them, but it is such a huge job, and I hate asking people if they want to buy my stuff... ugh! I need to just have a garage sale, but I was hoping to clear out stuff before the baby comes!
2 little ladybugs, 2 angels, and a baby due December 28, 2011
I'm a second time mom, but they'll be nearly 14 years apart I am using some of my sister's recieving blankets and reg. blankets for around the house, from my nephews -this is the first girl after 8 boys born in our family. For the most part we'll have lots of pinks but I want to introduce other colors until she discovers her own favorite color.

The carseat and stuff leans more toward boy, but the pattern is GN enough I don't mind usin it for DD. The only new stuff we're getting is clothes, and seeing as we're in an opposite season, we'd have to do that even if this were another boy.
