Clomid Users Come In :)

It's been about 2 weeks since taking the pack of 5 pills...and my doctor asked me to take a pregnancy test 2 weeks after that. Just wondering if I should officially wait until the 2 week mark (aka, Friday/Saturday) or if I took a test now if it would show. I don't want to waste one, but I'm soooo freakin' anxious. Haven't had any serious symptoms, other than being unusually hungry and having weird feelings in my abdomin (but we all know about phantom babies afterall...).

I would wait but it depends on your cycle. Did you track your temperature or use OPKs to determine when you ovulated. I took clomid because my cycles are annovulatory otherwise. Both times I ovulated on clomid it was pretty late in my cycle. If I only waited until cycle day 24 I would have only been like 4 days past ovulation which would have given me a negative pregnancy test. Most people do not begin to get a positive pregnancy test until close to 12 days past ovulation (although some much earlier and some much later).
As a side note, I highly recommend getting pregnancy tests from Dollar tree since at least for me I love to test and even when I got a positive I wanted to keep testing.

Did you take a trigger HcG shot? If so, I would wait at least 12dpo, otherwise you might get a false positive.

No shot, just Progesterone and Clomid so far.
