How much pain is common 3 months postpartum

I have a check up Friday and am going to bring this up with the Dr. , but am wondering if anyone else is dealing with this.

My back hurts. Some days I can barely walk. And depending on the amount of activity, my right side at the incision site will hurt to the point of tears. 

If you are dealing with this, what has helped best to ease the discomfort?

    I can only speak from my experience, but I don't think this is normal. I stand to be corrected. I hope your doctor can help to heal.

    Only your doctor will be able to help you figure out what's causing you so much pain still. I still had discomfort at 3 mo PP but I couldn't say I was in pain. I'm glad you scheduled an appt. hopefully your doctor will be able to get to the bottom of it!

    I was the same way, my dr said I was fine, so hopefully you are too! I think time was the best remedy, I feel so much better now (C/S was 7 months ago)

    I did feel best on days I could exercise.

    I had horrible complications after my c-section(was in hospital for almost a month) and did not have any pain at 3 month PP.  

    The pain that you are describing does not sound normal.
