I want another tattoo

DH said when I meet my big weight loss goal (50 pounds) then I can have his best friend draw me up something for my arm (he's an amazing artist and drew DH's tattoo) but I want something small now.  I already have "Free spirit" on my foot in Chinese, a gothic type dove on my rib cage with "no regrets" in Italian on my rib cage in memory of my grandmother and best friend who committed suicide.  I want something small but meaningful, on my wrist, in all white ink.  I'm thinking of maybe getting a stargazing lilly in all white with a tiny bit of light pink since they were our wedding flowers.  Thoughts?

    I think that would be very pretty!! Definitley sounds beautiful.

    I have been thinking a lot about it too, i'm glad you brought it up. H has his sons footprint on one arm, and will be getting W's handprint on his other soon.  I have daisy on the small of my back, and the chinese symbol for strength to the right of it. I never got something to the left of it. I thought of getting a "W", but I want more than that.  Its so hard to decide.

    What bigger one are you thinking of getting when you reach the weight loss goal?

    Also, sorry about your bf, that is very sad.

    It is hard to decide!! I'm going to ask for one for Christmas.  I want something very subtle and girlie but unique still.

    I'm not sure what I want for my big one. I kind of want something with an owl in it because I think owl tattoos are so pretty.  DH is having his friend draw him something that incorporates Emalyn and our marriage but no portraits so I'm thinking of having him do something similar for me.  I also kind of want it to have something to do with my Native American heritage.  I have awhile to make up my mind because losing weight is taking FOREVER!!!  I'm sure DHs friend will come up with something, he's so talented. 

    Thank you about my bf.  I was only 12 when it happened but we were very close and it was the first death I had ever had to deal with.  I still have notes he wrote me in class Big Smile

    I love it. It sounds very pretty. I've always wanted a lotus flower...similar I suppose..

    Sorry about your BFF..I lost a good friend in high school to suicide as well..I still think about him all the time.
