Where's everybody? There's been like only two posts per day. Lots of viewing but no one is posting. Just curious, if you lurk here but don't post, why don't you post?
I lurk without posting because it's so dead! The things that are/have been posted seem to be so repetitive, so I feel like I'm repeating myself every time I post on the topics, so I don't post. If that makes any sense.....
I post pretty often, but it takes two seconds out of my day for the two posts a day. I agree its pretty repetative, but that's always been the nature of a month board. All the babes are going through similar stages at similar times. Now its sleeping, teething and solids, and I'm sure soon it'll be crawling, finger foods, and something else I haven't thought about and am not prepared for.
I'm usually on my phone, and posting that way is a pain. You'd think the Bump gods would make an app. Also, my baby isn't STTN, we aren't sleep training, we aren't ready for solids, and she doesn't seem to be teething - so in short, I don't have a lot to post that would be interesting to the board. At least that's how I feel.
Me - 40, DH 34 Married 11 years, TTC since 7/09 3 rounds of Clomid > Vivienne born 5/28/11
TTC#2 since 01/13 - 3 rounds of Clomid, 2 IUI w/injectibles, moving to IVF
I lurk from my phone most times and I post very rarely. I feel like what I have to say has already been said. I also don't know when I will be able to check in again and I hate to post and run.

This is my scenario too.
Maybe there will be lots of cute costume photo threads next week.
I post when I can from work but it's only a few times a day at most. I'm here more often than FB though because this isn't blocked. In a way I like that it's kind of dead. It makes it way easier to keep up since I'm here so sporadically.

That's DS as well. I try to reply to posts as much as I can though (out of courtesy to the OP) but rarely have a "new" topic to share, but I still post fairly often. I've been lurking around and posting sometimes at the ECF board and the Attachment Parenting board.
Like everyone else, If the bump had an app to make it easier to respond I would post more. The FB group is just so much easier especially for posting pictures.

I'm always on my phone, which means I have to turn off the java script, and it's a pain. Besides, like everyone else said, the posts here are so repetitive. And heaven forbid you don't do something the way someone else does! The FB group is 1000x more helpful and 1000x less argumentative.
I agree the bump needs an app and I think it would make things easier. I also feel like having a little bit younger baby by the time she starts doing something it has already been addressed more than once. I do still come and check in over here every couple of days.
I lurk about 2-3 times a day but there isn't a whole lot going on so this is not much to reply to. My work just recently blocked the Bump too so that put a damper on things.

I was wondering why I could never reply on my phone. Do you know how to turn off the java script? TIA
Re: Wow this board is dead!
I post when I have time at work. Otherwise, I'm on my phone and since it's a PITA to post I just lurk.
I also check out the FB group, though.
This is my scenario too.
