Just got my blood work back and all the levels are normal but I am wondering about my progesterone level. It was 6.3, which is technically normal, (I am CD21 but maybe only 3dpo). What does your doctor like to see with progesterone levels? (My uterine lining was quite thin too, so I dont know what the hell is going on...)
Thanks ladies.

Re: Normal progesterone levels in luteal phase?
Well, when my RE does a 7dpo progesterone check to confirm ovulation, they are looking for 24ish or higher on the medicated cycles I've been on. As I understand it, on unmedicated ones, maybe 15, confirms ovulation.
If I understand correctly, on CD3, they expect it to be below 1. Then it rises through the luteal phase, and if you get pg, they want to see it over 60 with the initial beta draws. Tho I think mine with DS was 40 and they didn't supplement, and DS turned out just fine, with an easy-peasy pregnancy.
So if you are really 3dpo, that 6.4 sounds like it's on the road up to where they'd want it at 7dpo. If you are 7dpo (edited to add, because I assume that's what REs assume they are looking at when they do a CD21 progesterone draw), that sounds low.
Edited a second time to add: When I had my hCG, estrogen, and progesterone measured at 18dpo, my progesterone was at an 8, which to them meant that AF should arrive within 5 days (she did arrive in 6 days). So the assumption was that it was on the way back down from some presumably much higher number. Which was consistent with my temp chart.
Good luck!
All of this! I'm on Femara and on my 7DPO progesterone check, my Dr wants it higher than 15. Anything lower and he'd put me on supplements "just in case" until I find out BFP/BFN. Last month, at 7DPO mine was 20, so Dr was very pleased. Unfortunately it did nothing for me as it ended in a BFN. I just had mine tested today so here's hoping!
3/11 DX: lean PCOS/anovulatory
9/11 ovarian drilling to remove cysts + 5mg Femara = BFN
10/11 5 mg Femara again = BFP, ectopic pregnancy at 5w4d
11/11 diagnosed with breast cancer
12/11 bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction

Coxity, you know, if your RE isn't worried, don't sweat it. I mean, certainly ask for clarification if you want to, but labs vary in their results, so maybe your RE knows that a 10 is fine on femara for your lab's results?
My dr's office goes off this chart... but the cycle I tested, I only got a 5 and she said, "well looks like you ovulated!" and that was that! Oh and it was a non-medicated cycle. GL!
Progesterone Levels
Follicular phase: <1.4
Luteal phase: 3.3 - 26.0
Mid-luteal phase: 4.4 - 28.0
Post Menopausal: <0.7
Pregnancy
1st trimester 11.0 - 45.02nd trimester 26.0 - 89.0
3rd trimester 46.0 - 423
There seems to be a wide variance in what drs like to see. This chart is useful

I have had mine checked several times--the first time it was my OB, the level was 4.9 and she told me I wasn't ovulating at all and need to go on clomid. Then on clomid, I was at 25.2, and she told me I was probably pregnant (I wasn't). Next month on clomid, I was at 8.2, and it turned out I had a big cyst that might have been suppressing progesterone. Next month, on Femara, I was at 30-something and I was pregnant, at 10 DPO it had gone up to 50, but then progressively went down and I m/c.
