Back from NT Scan :)

Doc said baby is "perfect!" 1:1,400 for downs and 1:21,000 Trisomy 13 & 18. He said my results for downs were better than that of a 15 year old who has a 1:1200 chance. I was a little worried about it because with my DS - it was 1:5000 but I was 36 years old then. I'm 40 years old now. Nuchal fold was 1.7 so excellent! They don't recommend any further tests (CVS or Amnio). No, gender guess for now but he said we should see for sure in a month. EEK!!

Yay! I feel like this is real and happening now. I also came out on facebook with this attached picture of our little boy.

I'm so relieved and happy and feel extremely blessed.

He did both actually. Started with a traditional and then wanted to confirm all his numbers and get a closer look at the heart, organs and nose bone with the vag cam.

I noted that in one of your below replies, but figured you wouldn't see it. Not sure of your genetic background, but so far no one has guessed my kids are part Asian in their lives!
