heard baby's heartbeat!

Today i am 7 weeks 3 days, had my 2nd u/s with our RE, and we heard our amazing little baby's heartbeat!! Heartbeat was 161, which he said was fantastic, because at 8 weeks they like it to be over 140, and it's already there. And baby is measuring almost 8 weeks, so i have a feeling duedate will end up being changed eventually!
But RE was extremely optimistic!! he said he was very happy for us, that things are progressing so so so nicely, and he had my sign my record release to send my records to my ob/gyn!! I have my first pregnancy workup with my ob/gyn on 11/14!! i'm so excited!!
I haven't officially graduated yet, RE wants to see us again on 11/7, and he may still continue to see me until the end of the first trimester due to hormone situtation. I am still on estrace & progesterone, however, he told me 2 days before my next visit, to stop all. He wants to see how my b/w is without them. I am hoping it goes well, but if i have to go back on, that's fine too!
We told our extended family & close friends tonight, it's such an amazing feeling to finally be the one to share the good news!!!
Anyway, i am just so happy to have heard my little heartbeat today!!!!

D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
IVF - May - BFN
6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
10/13 - BFP!!
It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer
Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

yea i was so relieved, i feel like i can honestly start to really enjoy pregnancy now and be a little less scared!! It felt so amazing to tell our friends & family yesterday!
I know there's still a lot more to get through, but at least this settled my mind for now

MrsNap I am so excited for you! Hearing the heartbeat sounds so awesome. I think we are on the same exact schedule. My 2nd u/s is on Friday and my first OB appointment is on November 14th too.
We missed you Sunday but we'll meet at the next one.
