Anyone suffer from headaches??

Every since LO was 3 months old I have been getting really bad headaches every.single.day, It sucks. iv been to the doctor a few times and they have suggested physical therepy which is really hard to do with a baby. They have lightened up alot and dont come around all the time anymore. I just wonder why all of a sudden I get head achs all the time.

Does anyone else get heads a lot? After giving birth??  Anything that has helped them?

    I have no advice but i have had headaches pretty much every day since birth, i seem to be getting them more and worse in the past month though. I havn't gone to the doctor i keep saying i will but don't so hopefully nothings wrong!

    My headaches since having my LO have mostly been food/hydration related.  Pretty much every time I get one, I realize I've been so wrapped up with my LO that I haven't been eating and/or drinking enough.

    Chiropractic adjustments work great for relieving headaches and taking care of the cause of the problem.  I would also suggest asking for x-rays just to rule out that something else isnt going on.  Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating enough.  GL.

    I have always had bad headaches, but they have changed since have DS. It is possible that you may be experiencing tension headaches. Like pp mentioned, talk to the doctor to rule out other issues, but they can prescribe you something like Fioricet, which works well for these headaches. GL!
