Not really NBR: Tiny Prints vs. Shutterfly Holiday Cards

So do any of you have experience with Tiny Prints and Shutterfly for holidy cards? We used Shutterfly last year and actually was quite pleased with the final product so we were planning on using them again this year. That being said, I noticed on zulily today they have 1/2 off $40 for holiday cards from Tiny Prints and thought if their product was comparable or better than Shutterfly then we'd like to give them a go this year. Thoughts on that?

if you're on Shutterfly's email list, they constantlly have awesome deals. love them. i've seen the results of Tiny Prints and their cards are really nice, too so i'm sure you can't go wrong.

I like both, but I got a Shutterfly Groupon recently that was a better deal because they tend to be cheaper than Tiny Prints. If I hadn't gotten that, I would have done the Tiny Prints deal on Zulily.

I've used both and been pleased with both. I'd go for whichever had the designs you like better and/or the better deals!

Thanks so much for all your help. So I was just creating an account on Tiny Prints and it asked if I wanted to access my Shutterfly account. It turns out the two companies are related. On Tiny Print's site it says that it's a photobook and calendar service by Shutterfly. I'm wondering if there truly is any difference other than pricing and designs between the two. I guess we'll find out! Thanks again.

Does anyone know if this discount can be combined with coupon codes? I get TONS of coupons for Shutterfly and a few for TinyPrints here and there....just trying to figure out which would be the best deal in the end.

ETA: Nevermind. I just read the fine print: Cannot be combined with any other zulily or Tiny Prints voucher or promotion. So I'm guessing that I can probably still get a better deal with Shutterfly...

I used tiny prints for birth announcement and my holiday cards. I looked at shutterfly last year and it would cost extra for the matte finish which is what I prefer. Came out to be the same as I priced for shutterfly and they don't charge extra for that. Like PP said either one is great. I've used both and have been pleased.

Oh yeah, Shutterfly bought Tiny Prints recently. I forgot about that until you mentioned that.

See, I just read that too - do you think that it also means you can't buy two of these vouchers (ie: If I bought one on my email addy and DH bought one on his) and use them at the same time?
